2west Solutions is a systems analysis and design practice based in Colorado Springs, led by Christopher Colon. We work with businesses that have outgrown the tools they started with, but aren't sure what should replace them.
Our approach is simple: understand the work before touching the software. Most system problems turn out to be process problems in disguise: the same customer typed into three places, approvals living in someone's inbox, reports rebuilt by hand every Monday.
We stay vendor-neutral. We don't resell software or earn commissions, so a recommendation to keep what you have is as likely as a recommendation to change it.
Everything is delivered digitally and written for people, not just IT. Diagrams, requirements and a recorded walk-through mean the work stays useful long after our engagement ends.
