Days 2–4Diagrams, requirements and recommendations, drafted and checked with you.
Days 5–8We walk through it together and make agreed revisions.
Days 8–10Final documents, diagrams and a recorded walk-through you keep.
Day 10If something we deliver doesn't meet what we agreed, tell us within 7 days. We'll revise it, or offer a partial refund depending on the work done. Read the Refund Policy.

Every package and add-on has a fixed price on our pricing page. If your project doesn't fit one, we'll quote a fixed price in writing before we start.
A Snapshot is delivered within 5 business days, a Blueprint within 10. Larger Systems Plans are scheduled during the intro call.
A short description of the problem, access to the people who do the work for a few short sessions, and read-only access or screenshots of the tools involved.
Up to 5 changes per project are included, as set out in our Terms. Final approval is confirmed in writing before we consider a project finished.

Our focus is analysis and design. We hand over documentation an implementer can work from, and can recommend vendor-neutral options if you need one.
2west Solutions is a systems analysis and design practice based in Colorado Springs, led by Christopher Colon. We work with businesses that have outgrown the tools they started with, but aren't sure what should replace them.
Our approach is simple: understand the work before touching the software. Most system problems turn out to be process problems in disguise: the same customer typed into three places, approvals living in someone's inbox, reports rebuilt by hand every Monday.
We stay vendor-neutral. We don't resell software or earn commissions, so a recommendation to keep what you have is as likely as a recommendation to change it.
Everything is delivered digitally and written for people, not just IT. Diagrams, requirements and a recorded walk-through mean the work stays useful long after our engagement ends.
